The Fender Telecaster is one prestigious product which has been awarded with the respect of many throughout its long existence. First established in 1952, the Fender Telecaster is one of the first electric guitars ever invented. Nothing comes close to this masterpiece built by highly qualified professional guitar makers. This most notable factory is situated in Corona California, where the best guitar makers and players work together to build and improve the best guitars in the world.

The Fender Telecaster is mostly seen in the country and blues genre of music, however this wonderful piece of art is just as versatile as its brother the Stratocaster. The Fender Telecaster comes in a large variety of colors and custom made models allowing the buyer to modify or customize their Telecaster any way they like. Of course the look is a vintage unprecedented model however the true greatness of this guitar lies in its tone. The tone is a heavy yet very smooth bluesy tone in the neck which gets a little brighter when set to the bridge pickup. With two single coil pickups, this guitar delivers the type of tone almost only reserved for humbucker pickups. This guitar comes at a very high price but is worth every penny. Buying a Telecaster is basically an investment because you know that this guitar will outlive you and even your grandchildren.

Fender has very few models however the work and effort put into each of their models is unbelievable. The knobs are very sturdy and with a simple volume knob, tone knob and a three way selector, this guitar is very simple to switch from one setting to another. The ‘’U’’ shaped body with square shaped pick guard gives this guitar its very unique look. The Fender Telecaster is one of the most recognizable guitars available and any guitarist of any genre would be honoured to own one. The only notable downside to this guitar is the lack of frets at only 22 frets; this limits the guitarist to a certain degree. However this guitar was built in mind for a country and blue type of music which rarely use the final frets. The Fender Telecaster still has the exact same look it had when it was first put out on the market almost sixty years ago. This guitar is definitely a collection item and a must for any serious guitar player who wants a softer, smoother tone.
